Our partners take an active role in ensuring that all clients are kept fully informed as to the progress of their cases and any cost that may be involved. Before embarking on any legal action you will know where you stand.
We strictly adhere to the Law Society rules on cost information and this information is furnished in a client care letter at the outset of every case. We charge on a set fee basis or by a competitive hourly rate. We value our clients and will monitor the service you receive. At the end of a case we will send out a Client Satisfaction Questionnaire and view conscientiously any feedback.
