Alia Rahim

Alia graduated with a law degree from Birmingham University and then qualified as a solicitor. She joined RFB in June 2008 and specialises in litigation. She deals with a broad spectrum of litigation including but not limited to breach of contract, negligence, debt recovery, drafting commercial contracts, partnership disputes and undertaking general commercial work. In addition, she advises on employment (link) related matters particularly unfair dismissal, discrimination and redundancy. She has a particular interest in intellectual property including contentious and non-contentious matters and alternative dispute resolution. She regularly advises on trademark and copyright issues including passing off and misuse of confidential information.
