Simon is a 21 year qualified Commercial Property solicitor. He deals with all aspects of sale and purchase of commercial property with special emphasis on commercial investments. Simon acts for a wide variety of landlords and tenants on commercial lettings and has in the past acquired headline premises with values in excess of £20m on numerous occasions. He also acts for developers on acquiring and developing sites for commercial sales together with advising on planning issues.
