He is a qualified Duty Solicitor and joined Ronald Fletcher Baker LLP in 2010. Jimmy attends Magistrates' courts on a regular basis and also advises clients at police stations. His practise is extremely diverse, covering the complete range of criminal offences and he has been involved in many high profile cases.
Jimmy has particular expertise in road traffic matters and has a very high success rate in defending motorists/clients over the years. He has represented clients facing a wide spectrum of motoring matters. There are a number of defences to various offences under the provisions of the Road Traffic Acts which Jimmy has successfully argued/used over the years.
