Care
In order to ensure client care and client retention, our partners take an active role in ensuring that management and supervisory roles are adhered to at all times as this reflects on the services our firm offers to our clients.
We strictly adhere to the Law Society rules on cost information and this information is furnished in a client care letter at the outset of a case. We charge on a set fee basis or by a competitive hourly rate.
We strive to ensure
- that our clients are properly billed for work done
- that our clients are fully informed of the legal costs involved for
acting on their behalf and have therefore got the benefit of making
an informed decision as to whether to pursue a claim or course of intended
action, in the light of legal costs and/or disbursements.
- We value our clients. We do this by monitoring the service you receive
by sending out a Client Satisfaction Questionnaire at the conclusion
of the case and view seriously any feedback.
